Located 2 1/2 miles from the Town of Grand Lake near Rocky Mountain National Park and the Golf Course in the private community of Columbine Lake.  This home is situated across the street from the lake and is backed up by wooded acreage.

Incredibly furnished in Southwestern / Mountain Home style, this house has four bedrooms including: the "Bunk House"; the "Lodge"; the "Santa Fe Room" and the "Rocky Mountain National Park Room".  The following are also included:  2 1/2 bathrooms;  fully equipped kitchen with microwave;  gas grill;  washer and dryer;  wood burning stove;  3 TVs with cable;  2 VCRs;  an awesome Bose surround sound system;  wrap-around deck and hammock in back yard.  Use of the swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, pool and ping pong tables are available at the Clubhouse.

5-6 People........... $300. / night

7-8 People........... $320. / night

9-10 People.......... $340. / night

11-12 People......... $360. / night

Terms: 2 night minimum stay, 3 night minimum on holidays.  One night free with weekly rental.  1 night security deposit for a 2 or 3 night rental.  2 night security deposit for a weekly rental. 

No Smoking, No Pets, Bring Your Own Firewood, Daily Maid Service Is Not Included
